Description of work
These knife handles were made to replace old bone handles on old Sheffield steel cutlery, after they had deteriorated badly. (Bone does not like dishwashers!) The handles were finished with a few coats of oil, which provides a waterproof coating - though I have not tried the dishwasher on them. Please note we only make round handles, to fit round tangs (the metal that slots into the handle).
