Description of work
These pinch pots are intended as an alternative way to serve salt and pepper on a table, possibly using the salt spoons shown below. Different designs around the same theme are shown below. The base is beech, and the pots are African blackwood and sycamore to give the contrast between black and white. All are finished with food safe oil. The salt spoons could also be used as coffee scoops. "A dash of pepper" is pyrographed on one side, "a pinch of salt" on the other.
