Deep Set Wall Clock

Description

This clock is set in a deep circular plinth, with some beading to set off the clock face. The real decoration however comes from the patterning in the wood - with a very dark coloured olive ash (the centre of the tree) contrasted with some white fungal flecks, and swirling grain generated by a large knot on one side. The clock is inset into a generous depth of wood - about 3" thick.

The clock dial is a six inch white face with roman numerals, with battery operated quartz movement. Alternative dials and sizes are available for other clocks based on this design.
