Description of work
This cheeseboard is made from English oak to a simple design. The knife has an oak handle, made to fit a Sheffield Stainless Steel blade. The board is finished with a few coats of food-safe oil, and can be washed and wiped safely. An alternative version features burr oak.
The cheeseknife cost is quite high because the blade was quite expensive to buy, although it was nice to find British made stainless steel from Sheffield.
