Description of work
These darning mushrooms are part of a number of items we are increasingly making for textile crafters. They hold a piece of cloth gripped by a rubber band which slots into a groove cut around the mushroom. Any wood can be used for these mushrooms.
A gallery of other textile crafts items is available. A small bowl can be made to stand the mushroom in - see the picture below.
