Description of work
A 14" platter (a shallow bowl) turned from sycamore forms the base for this pyrographed picture. The subject is the village of Carperby in the Yorkshire Dales, viewed from the path between Carperby and Aysgarth.
The platter can have a hook on the back, assuming that the picture will be hung rather than displayed flat.
