Description of work
A 14" platter (a shallow bowl) turned from sycamore forms the base for this pyrographed picture. The subject is St Mary's Priory Church, Old Malton, the church where my youngest son was married. The church dates back to Henry VIII's day, when it was the church for a Gilbertine Priory, and when it had another tower on the left to match the one that remains.
The price within the guide range will depend on the overall size of the platter, the size of the image and the amount of inscription required.
