Trophies - cups

We have no standard designs for trophies, though any new commission could be based on those below.

All trophies are designed for purpose. Hence it is difficult to give prices for any particular trophy. Some suggested guide prices are given.

These trophies are all in essence cups, with a variety of heights, widths, sizes and shapes, plus pyrographed designs and sometimes brass plaques added. The detail pages (click on titles) for some of the cups give further information.

For trophies which have pyrographed inscriptions, the wood chosen needs to be light and reasonably tight grain, such as sycamore, beech or oak. Without any pyrography, darker wood be an option.

10 - 12" tall cup: bowl, neck and round (or square) plinth £90 - £100
Additional square plinth £30 - £40
Text pyrography: 10p per small letter, 20 - 30p for larger text
Image pyrography: £10 - £30
Coloured pyrography: add £5 - £20
Additional decorations: £5 - £10
Brass or silver plaques (blank): £20 - £30

Smaller (cheaper) trophy cups can be turned, possibly for use as inividual trophies. These may be only 5 - 6 inches high, and possibly made from a single piece of wood.
